    Please advise what needs to be configured to use OPcache?
    OPcache is enabled on the server, W3 Total Cache plugin.

    Hi there

    No configuration is needed for Opcache. While some hosting providers can tweak the exact setup, no changes are needed.

    W3 Total Cache and object caching are not relevant.
