I have some tabs and I added link anchors for every tab in menu.

The problem that I have is that when I click to the menu element, it scrolls down to the wp-block-uagb-tabs-child div cutting the first element content.

I would like to have some offset pixels to show the block title and all the tabs.

  • Hello @kimso,

    Thanks for writing to us.

I’m really sorry, but I’m not sure if I correctly understood your question. Would you be able to kindly provide me with more details so I can help you accurately?

    Here are some hints:

Could you please attach as many screenshots as possible?
If possible, please record a screen capture video of the steps before seeing an error. That will help greatly.

Please give us a chance to help you.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi @judith0,

Here you have a video of the behaviour.

When I click on a menu element that is an anchor link to a tab element, it scrolls down to the wp-block-uagb-tabs-child div, but it will be nice to be able to set an offset to show the section title.

I hope now you understand my question.

    Regards

    Hello Kim,

    Thanks for writing back.

This is not replicating from our end as I have demonstrated in this screencast.

If this issue still persists from your end, please try switching to a default WP theme and check whether the issue still persists.

Also, you can check for plugin conflicts by deactivating the third-party plugins and then reactivating them back one by one to determine the one that may be causing the issue.

Please try debugging through these steps and let us know how it goes.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi,

    I missed the answer.

As I can see in your screencast, you link to the tab block. In my case, I’m linking to one of the tabs to open it and show its content.
