Could you please send screenshots of :
- the mapping configuration you made
- the full connection configuration
Navigate in your WP admin to:
/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler
You can filter tasks by name : “notionwpsync_process_records”
Do you see any “Failed” task there?
If you find one you should see the related error message, you can send it to us as well.
If needed, you can access to logs from a FTP server in this folder: /wp-content/uploads/notionwpsync-logs.
This will greatly aid us in pinpointing the issue.
