I’m facing the same issue. I’ve activated the plugin and selected both Pages, Posts and woocommerce products, but none of them seem to be draggable.

I found mistakes on “3f845fb”.
so you modify proparties to “hicpo_load_script_css”, you can fix this problem.

public function hicpo_add_capabilities() {

...
$administrator->add_cap( 'hicpo_hicpo_load_script_css' 

...
$editor->add_cap( 'hicpo_hicpo_load_script_css' );
