Not Saving user Result

Hi everyone,

I’ve set up a practice quiz site at https://freerbtpracticeexam.com using a WordPress quiz maker plugin , but I’m running into an issue: user answers/results aren’t being saved or tracked properly.

I’ve tested this across multiple browsers and devices. The problem is inconsistent, sometimes it stores the results, other times it doesn’t. I’ve disabled caching plugins and even tried switching themes, but no luck.

Is this a known issue with quiz plugins or something in WordPress core that may block JavaScript events or local storage/session saving?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
