• Hi,

First of all, I want to be clear that this plugin is awesome and in fact working great with the default Woocommerce plugin.

Unfortunately, this client is a caterer, and uses a third party, online platform (CaterMonkey), to handle his orders from Woocommerce. This means that the Woo notifications mail for the admin, also enter that platform, so the caterer can handle everything from there. This saves a lot of time for a caterer and all works well with this platform, until we activate your plugin.

In woo all works just fine with your templates, but the CaterMonkey now only recieves empty orders.
When we deactivate your plugin, all orders arrive complete in CaterMonkey.

I understand this is no flaw in your plugin, and you can not possible make it ok for all kinds of third party plugins either. Never the less, I am so bold to ask you if there is any chance you could help fix this problem.

CaterMonkey has its own developed plugin (Catermonkey Woocommerce Integration) and their developer says he would like to make changes in his code so it can work with your plugin as well, but he says that will get tricky and might take a lot of time to fix.

Client and I would love to continue using your lovely plugin, but it needs to be compatible with that platform. Is there any chance you can and are willing to look into this?

    Thanks,
    Annie

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Since this is a compatibility issue, could you please create a support ticket in our Support Forum? Our development team can investigate the conflict and try to find a solution if possible. While we can’t guarantee a fix for every third-party conflict, we’ll certainly do our best to assist you.

    Best regards.
