Not being added to queue

Hello,
When someone submits for review it does not show up in the queue. I have tried all of the settings, it shows up in the archive though and not in the queue

In order for a post to be listed in Revisions queue, you should click “New Revisions”
@somegirlmia Yes, it’s possible if you installed PublishPress Capabilities, then remove “Edit_published” capability:
