No working new Google consent mode

    The new google consent mode does not work with direct integration. I have also tried the hardcode the theme option but it still doesn’t work. I don’t know what’s the reason, I loved this plugin but I’m thinking of switching.

    We checked your site and don’t see any issues.

    Can you please try to purge all the caches on the site, if there is a caching plugin?

    Thank you for your response:

    I encounter the problem when I go into Google Analytics > Manage > Consent Management. I get alerts that there are no active consent tokens because “consent tokens are missing”.

    So, it’s not a plugin problem? What can it be due to? Could it be a misconfiguration on my part?

    Unfortunately without more details or screenshot of the plugin setup, we can’t provide any advice.

    Are you able to record your screen and send us the video that would help us see what issues you are experiencing, and what settings you enabled in the plugin?If you could also record how the plugin behaves on the frontend and what doesn’t work, that would be great.Thanks
