Hi @bassebruno
What version of Contact Form 7 are you running?
Contact Form 7 : 5.0
OK.
Looks like something is wrong with the way the session variables are being set on your server. Do you know what version of PHP you’re running? and if register_globals is set?I will add this to the next update.
Subscribing from the previous thread. Thanks for your hard work @mandsconsulting.
PHP : 5.6
It’s stronge because I’ve changed nothing to my website…and today…the link doesn’t work…
Also having this issue for a client. Waiting for them to find out what PHP version their server is running – have done all the updates and all relevant (and non-relevant) plugins are at their latest version. Is it possible that upgrading the PHP version will fix the problem? I’m not sure how to see if the register_globals is set – if you can give me an indication of how I’d find this info I’d really appreciate it.
Seems fixed since latest 5.1.1. Thank you! š
@bassebruno, @rebecca-short-seo,
Your errors are probably the result of the changes made by the Contact Form 7. When they upgraded they deprecated some things that EBD was using to interact with their process. We just pushed v5.1.1 to address this issue. This seems to work across the board from PHP 5.6 up.
If you are still having issues after updating please let me know and we will try to get them fix ASAP. Thank you for your patience.@ninos-ego
Great. I was worried about your version of PHP-

Hi @mandsconsulting,
downloaded the new version, but I also have still a blank page, both when clicking in the mail and the download link on page.
I tried different PHP versions:
PHP 5.5.38
PHP 5.6.33
PHP 7.0.27
PHP 7.1.13
PHP 7.2.1None of them seem to solve the issue š
Anyway, great to see you’re providing such a fast assistance. Keep up the good work!
The only thing I can think of is a php setting. If you can provide a link I can take a look at, that might be helpful.
@mandconsulting
please take a look here:
https://haystack-international.com/blog/tap-water-in-flanders-on-the-rise/This form can’t be set online for a long time very much, as it’s a live environment.
KR,
Glenn
You can take it down now. I see what’s happening and I’ll see if it’s something I can fix.
Thank you.
Thanks!
