There is no update available, I am on the latest version (2.10.0) and the security issue is still being flagged daily in my scans.

I got tired of waiting for the devs on this plugin and have switched over to this one:
https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-wishlist/

Free version works well with pretty much the same features. I added some CSS and was good to go. Free from security issues in ManageWP scans.
