This plugin does not work on WordPress multisite. We will try to make it able to work on WordPress Multisite in the future versions.
If you have any ideas about this, you can post it here or on GitHub.

note that if you activate it for the whole network,
you can not access to ‘configure’ page, because that option doesn’t appear in the plugin list!!!

I just got it! We will remove the link in the next version to avoid issues.
I did some research and for now you can use a plugin like:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/multisite-plugin-manager/
or
http://wordpress.org/plugins/wpmu-plugin-manager/.
I also found this article on how to do it yourself.
