When installing WP today we got the option to use cookieadmin. I tried setting it up and i have multiple issues.
First off it says no cookies are found when scanning. I cannot edit any of the categories of the cookies, since they are empty. I can’t edit the colors/text of the banner – button show more and check(toggle that does not work correctly), also the text of the buttons to accept/reject etc.

The issue with cookie scanning is that your site is currently under maintenance mode. As per the current design of the plugin it requires the site to be accessible publicly to be able to detect the cookies. Can you please temporarily disable maintenance mode and then try to scan again ? You will be able to edit the categories after the cookies are successfully scanned. I turned off the maintenance mode and still can’t scan for cookies.
This is the consent form. I figured out where the text of the button was – sorry my mistake, did not understand it was an input field. But still how do I change the colors? Do I have to use css code?
We have just released v1.0.6 which includes UI fixes for the switches. We will add the option to change color for the buttons, Show More & Standard texts soon.

We released CookieAdmin 1.0.8 yesterday which includes the feature to customize colors for show more, standard and on/off switches. This feature is included in the Pro version. If you have installed CookieAdmin via Softaculous you should already have the Pro version installed.
Please upgrade to the latest version and let us know if face any issues.
The issue with cookie detection failure is that currently the plugin is unable to detect the cookies set via JavaScript on the website. We are adding a fix for the same in the next version of CookieAdmin.
