Mobile Logo not saving

Hi,

I added a mobile logo in the customizer and save/publish. When I refresh there is no mobile logo.

Any idea why it’s not saving?

Hi,

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Header > Mobile menu and upload the logo here, and check.

If not resolved, please share the snapshot and page URL.

I add the mobile logo and save, then when I refresh it isn’t there. It’s on a local environment now but I’ll be uploading to staging later today.

I just discovered the mobile logo is not working for SVG logos.

I am using SVG for the main logo but when I try SVG for Mobile Logo it keeps getting removed after I refresh Customizer.

If I try PNG it works.

I’m using Safe SVG plugin to enable SVGs. Any one else experience this?

Hi, add your SVG logo to Retina setting.

Using SVG for retina logo doesn’t work either. Only the default logo works with SVG.

Hi,

for SVG, you have to install the SVG image plugin. Try to install and check.

Yes as I said, I have Safe SVG plugin installed and using SVG all over the site already and I use SVG for the default logo in Customizer but it won’t let me save SVG for mobile logo.
