Hi Nigel, thank you! No my initial request was about 2 weeks ago and I got no email confirmation so I don’t know how to reply. It was about a soundcloud problem within a facebook feed on https://garyd.at/. Maybe you can provide me an email where I can address my problem?

Sorry you didn’t get a confirmation. Your initial request may have failed to submit. You can send an email to support@smashballoon.com to get help with your issue. However, from an initial check what you’re trying to achieve is currently not possible. The SoundCloud link on Facebook is an embed, which can only be displayed on Facebook and cannot be displayed on any feeds.

thank you! Before writing an email: I’m sure the display of the soundcloud embed in the post did work in the past (Custom Facebook Feed Pro Business). Has something changed? And if so: the error message in the post is not a fine solution, isn’t it?

The error is generated by SoundCloud and we have no control over it. I did some testing on my own setup and got inconsistent results. Some SoundCloud links display without issues and others do not. Screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/i/hlz51v
This may be related to privacy and sharing settings on SoundCloud. Please check the settings on your SoundCloud profile or on each of the posts that have this error.
