• Hello wonderful wordpress community,

I have a multi-site setup for my website and the domain has the robots.txt file in the root domain (www.domain.com/robots.txt). However, the site set-up in the subdirectory (www.domain.com/subdirectory/robots.txt) does not exist and comes up with the 404 page….

I would like this robots.txt to be there because I assume that google and other search engines will check that location for the robots.txt file.

If anyone has a solution on how to get yoast to create the http://www.domain.com/subdirectory/robots.txt file, then that would be very helpful 🙂 Or if I’m being silly, let me know too…

    Thanks in advance everyone.
