Minimum sales quantity

    When I set the minimum sale quantity as a free shipping method, the plugin consider the total price and not the quantity.
    The controls on the total price are already present for other conditions

    Example:
    -set minimum quantity to cart = 12

    The condition is activated if the total is € 12 and not 12 products

    Is anyone in the same situation as me or did they find a solution?

    May I know which plugin are you referring to? Is it Conditional Shipping for WooCommerce?

    If so, then we recommend contacting the plugin’s support team directly who may help you with the best settings for their plugin. You can open a support request here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/conditional-shipping-for-woocommerce/. Third party plugins are not supported on these forums.

    If that is not the plugin you are using, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi @danieledqweb,

    The Free Shipping method allows you to set a minimum order amount as a condition for Free shipping to be available. It does not allow you to set a minimum order quantity.

    For example, the settings in the screenshot below will make free shipping available if the customer purchases products worth €50 or more, not when they have 50 items in the cart:

    It is not possible to configure this based on product quantity. However, you should be able to use the plugin suggested by @margaretwporg to provide free shipping based on the number of products in the cart.

    Bear in mind that you will need to reach out to the developers of that plugin at the link she provided if you need any assistance with their plugin.

    @luminus thank you for the answer.

    I imagined it was as you say, the problem is that it is translated badly ( or is not clear in my vision ) in my language (Italian).

    It is shown to me as a minimum order quantity ( Quantità minima dell’ordine ) .

    I will follow your advice and install the plugin indicated.
