• Hi,

Can someone please help with a problem I came across on our site recently? I’m not sure if this is an iPhone problem or something else, but using an iPhone 16 pro and VoiceOver in Safari, I can’t open collapsable menus. I can open the initial navigation menu which is collapsed, but below that, there are several other submenus that are collapsed as well. For example, there’s a toggle for the about menu, but when I tap that, it takes me to the About Us page rather than opening that menu. How do I fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Go to Appearance > Menus in your WordPress dashboard, then edit the About Us and Resources menu items. Replace their current URLs with # so they won’t redirect when the menu is clicked.

I’m not seeing where to put that information in. When I edit a menu item, I see navigation label, menu parent, menu order, buttons to move up, down, under Welcome, and to the top, and a link to view the About Us page, but don’t see anything about redirecting.

In that case, the existing menu isn’t using the Custom Link type, which is why the option isn’t available.

To fix it, you’ll need to replace the About Us menu item with a Custom Link menu item. Here’s how:

      1. In the Add Menu Items panel on the left, find the Custom Links section.
      2. In the URL field, enter a placeholder like #.
      3. In the Link Text field, enter the label you want (e.g., About Us).
      4. Click Add to Menu.
      5. Once added, drag and drop your desired child pages or links underneath this new About Us item to create the dropdown structure.
