mc4wp installed, API / settings correct – does not sync with MC

    Hi

    I installed mc4wp
    Site is using CF7 forms
    All forms are configured
    plugin recognizes all forms and form fields
    API is active
    No error logs occur during testing
    No double-optin enabled

    No test emails sync to MC (these are new emails, so no previous issue with subscription)

    Under MC4WP > Other, can you set it to “log everything” instead of only logging errors, and then test again. Do you see anything in the log after doing so?

    It was set to log everything
    No errors

    If there is NOTHING in the log at all, It means the integration wasn’t triggered at all.

    Can you please share a link to where we can test the form. How did you activate the integration on the forum? Is it a checkbox or a hidden field?
