MasterStudy The Gradebook ShortCode Not Working

    MasterStudy Pro is in use.
    The shortcode in The Gradebook is not working.
    It appears in the form of a shortcode on the front page.
    There is no Administrator menu to set statistics.
    Is it a plug-in error?
    Do I have to wait for an update?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    In the Gradebook page there is no any restrictions with the latest version of the plugin. Please make sure that you updated both the free and Pro plugins to the latest versions and recheck by temporarily deactivating extra plugins as well. If the issue still there, please create a support ticket > [support]
