    Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.

    During initial set up, you would have been asked to create and setup your Google Maps API key, as described in our documentation here: https://www.wpgmaps.com/help/docs/creating-a-google-maps-api-key/#creatingkey

    As part of this process, you must link a valid payment method to your Google Project. This is an agreement directly with Google and is not controlled by our plugin.

    Alternatively, we do include the OpenLayers mapping engine, available within the settings area, if you prefer not to use the Google Maps API key, as it does not require an API key for access.
