Manual entered cookie info doesn’t show in policy

    Thanks for important plugin.

    When I disable Synkronisera cookie with cookiedatabase.org and enter manual info the frontend cookie policy does not get updated. It’s not showing the newly entered info. The specific cookie is formbricks-js.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I am sorry to hear that. I did some internal checking, and it seems there’s a current bug on our end causing this behavior. You may rest assured that we’re working on resolving this as soon as possible.

    ​That said, we can work around the issue for now by asking you to modify the record directly in the cmplz_cookies table in the database. You can look up the cookie name and then manually edit the record for each language. Here’s a video.

    ​You can do the same for the service as well by going to the cmplz_services table. The steps are the same there.

    The examples in the videos are for the Italian language, but the process is valid for every language.
