Long time to load Dashboard. Can you add a preloader?

In the past I reported that loading the Dashboard of WordPress when your plugin is active take a very long time.

You reduced that time in the past but with some bug, now recent update fixed that bug but the loading time is again very long respect when not using your plugin.

What happen on all website where your plugin is active? Admins do the login in WordPress then are redirected to the WordPress home page.

First of all in your login customizer will be useful a function to redirect user role to a custom page or to the dashboard after login so can decide eventually to redirect them directly into the dashboard without the need to install another plugin.

Now when admins are redirected to the website and they press the dashboard link in the wordpress bar, it take 3 or 4 minutes before the Wp Adminify Dashboard is loaded.

In this long time admins think that the Internet is not loading, press more time the link to load the Dashboard without wait. Will be useful show a loading screen. I looked on the web to add a pre-loader to show in the admin side as, with your plugin, the admin side of WordPress load very slowly. I found a code here on stackoverflow but this code never show the loading as soon the admin links is clicked so is not doing fully the job I need.

What I expect is: as your plugin take longer to load admin Dashboard and also other admin pages I expect a loader is showed to the user as soon the link to load the backend of WordPress is pressed.

Some loaders plugin that works only on WordPress front page already support that function but for the back end I never find nothing.
