    With the free plan, can I display the shipping tracking map in real time on the tracking page?

    Hi there,

    Yes, you can.

    With the free plan, tracking information can still be shown on your tracking page. As long as:

    • the carrier is supported by ParcelPanel,
    • you select the correct carrier and enter a valid tracking number, and
    • the carrier’s website has tracking updates available,

    we can display the shipment progress (including the tracking map, where available) on your tracking page.
