Login to WordPress.com loop for Jetpack plugin

Hello,

I am trying to connect Jetpack with my WordPress.com account. However I cannot login to my WordPress.com account. I am directed to the Jetpack app, which again asks me to login to my WordPress.com account. I do not have an authenticator app set up with WordPress.com. I do not have backup codes. I have Two-Factor Authentication Recovery Codes (16 digits), but these are not accepted (wrong format). What can I do to gain access to my account?
