Can you please describe what you mean in more detail? WordPress itself does not use login verification via phones. You may be using a plugin for this, or you may be referring to a completely different login.

Are you talking about the WordPress account on your own website or do you mean the login at wordpress.org?
If it’s the former, then it’s one of the plugins you’re using that provides 2FA for logging in there. If you want to bypass this, you would have to deactivate the plugin in question. Since you don’t have access to the backend, this can only be done via FTP. Log in via FTP and delete the directory of the plugin in question. Your host’s support team can help you connect via FTP.

Both domains you mentioned are hosted by Shopify. This has nothing to do with WordPress. You don’t even use WordPress there.
So if you’re trying to log in to Shopify, you’ll need to contact their support team: https://help.shopify.com
I would still recommend that you do not share any sensitive data such as your email address here in the forum.

As mentioned above, wordpress.org does not offer hosting or domains. I suspect you are confusing it with wordpress.COM. The difference is explained here, for example:

Your domains were purchased from wordpress.com, but wordpress.com has nothing to do with the hosting or operation of those sites on Shopify. Shopify is responsible for the operation of those sites.
So, if you have problems operating the sites contact shopify’s support. If you have questions about the domains themselves (registration, DNS settings), then contact wordpress.com’s support.
And, as Threadi has said, these are not issues for wordpress.org.
