    Hi @marcderiaz,

I don’t see “Login failed due to incorrect 2FA setup” in our list of plugin error messages. There are messages related to 2FA, with the closest I can see being “2FA is required to be active on your account. Please contact the site administrator”. I notice you have custom styling on your login page, but the path is still the default. I will note that our 2FA and reCAPTCHA are designed to only be compatible with default login/registration pages so if the login flow (or accepted fields) have been altered or renamed this could cause problems.

Are you running any other security plugins or user management plugins that could be involved? If you are able to log in with another admin account, by all means visit the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. You can send the output to us at wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Many thanks,
    Peter.
