• I was creating a new template for Single Pages in Twenty Twenty Three. It wasn’t my intention to edit the “Content Area” but somehow now the images are no longer offset on new posts. For example, here’s an older post, with the image properly aligned-right, outside of the content:

But when I try to create a new post now (even using the default template) all the images are forced into the small reading area for the content like this:

I’m confused how this could have happened since I wasn’t messing with the theme’s code, and there isn’t an option to offset images in this way through the WordPress/FSE interface (right?!).

It even looks correct in the Edit Post area, like so:

I tried updating the theme to see if that would fix it but nope.

How do I get the images to display outside the main content text area? What could I have possibly changed to make this happen?

And just to confirm, this is a default feature of Twenty Twenty Three, right? I tried looking at the demo for the theme, but it didn’t include any left or right-aligned images.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
