Hi there,
Thank you for describing the experience you’ve encountered.
We understand how disruptive technical difficulties can be to your workflow, and we hear your concerns. If you’d like our team to investigate your specific situation, please reach out to support with any relevant details.
Thank you again for sharing this with us.
Warm regards,
Here is one example. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/js-error-168/
It was not closed but i was just replied as if i am a elementor one user without even investigating the issue. I am NO elementor One user! This happens very often also by saying you are a pro user etc etc.
“Since you are an Elementor One user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com ref: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-submit-a-support-ticket/ I’d also suggest you check out Elementor Community Group on Facebook…”
Since its incorrect how these answers are supplied to issues i stopped reporting issues. It is pretty useless this way spending time on trying to help the elementor developers. You should be happy with your users but it seems you are not.
One wordpress account of mine is blocked since you reported me several times as a pro user (which i was not) accusing me of violating the community rules. Thank you for that! Which was incorrect. I reported back then several issues not even related to Elementor Pro. I just got shuffed off by a default reply of your support stating “You are a pro user!”. Resulting in a ban after you reported me to wordpress.
