Hi,

I’m having issues synchronizing some orders from WooCommerce to Fortnox.

I’m getting the following error: “Kunde inte hämta/hitta moms.”

I’ve contacted the Fortnox support and the answer was this:
The error message 2000212 displays that you have sent in a VAT code that does not exist.
Please us the field Account to describe what VAT account should be used:
http://developer.fortnox.se/documentation/resources/orders/

Can you help?

If you didn’t find the solution for this, or someone else is searching for this error, you need to add all VAT levels to your Fortnox settings. If you have for instance a country that have VAT at 20.5%, you must have 20.5% VAT in your settings. It can create a little bit of pain when selling to multiple countries.

Thanks for the information. In the meantime we realized with Fortnox that these configurations were missing.
