JSON Status Page after Form Submit

    With the current Plugin Version 3.2.2 the Form Submit ends up with a Page showing JSON Message, instead of redirecting to the URL of a thankyou-page:

    The Double Optin-Mail itself has been sent. Please fix asap.

    This issue can happen if the form has not been correctly integrated on your site. To resolve this, please try using either the shortcode provided by your WordPress site or the HTML code of the form directly.

    we use the shortcode provided by the plugin since years on the page. it is not a matter of correctly integration, since we nothing changed with that. the current version of the plugin breaks the existing shortcode functionality.
