Hi, I have a problem with Jetpack Sync. It seems to try to sync new WooCommerce orders, but it does with the old URL, which doesn’t work with HPOS (404) and causes the order completion to timeout.
    [20/Jul/2025:13:54:13 +0200] “GET /wp-json/jetpack/v4/sync/spawn-sync?time=1753012452&request_lock_id=1753012452.4896 HTTP/2.0” 499 0
    [20/Jul/2025:13:54:13 +0200] “GET /?post_type=shop_order&p=6932 HTTP/2.0” 404 28140

How can I disable Jetpack Sync in shop orders? Thanks!

    Hi @indigenica,

This could be an issue with the sync cache on your site.

Could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look?

Hi @bruceallen! My store is https://indiandlala.com.

I think I was too quick to blame Jetpack. I think the problem is that both Jetpack Sync and another plugin are sending requests at the same time, probably because they’re using the same hook and I got them mixed up.

I’m sorry for blaming Jetpack for my issues, but I was suspicious because I recently had to update Cloudflare to support Jetpack IPs. I’m giving the entire server a review because it seems I’ve had several issues with WooCommerce, including HPOS sync issues that keep retrying too many times, causing Jetpack syncs to restart multiple times as well.

If you could check the sync cache in case there’s any issues left to resolve, I’d appreciate it.

    Thank you very much!

    Hi @indigenica

No worries, it can be confusing getting multiple things working right.

I looked on our end and Jetpack’s sync is working correctly at this time.

I’m going to mark this as resolved for now, but feel free to open a new thread in the future if you encounter any issues with Jetpack.
