Javascript Error causes unwanted menu to appear

After updating to Astra version 3.7.2 I am now seeing an unwanted menu appear on the page. This menu appears to show up because it is no longer being hidden by JS. This appears to be because of a JS error that is being thrown by a theme file in the Astra theme. Here is a video describing the problem:
