in asking about an issue with form entries, I was shown there is an error on our form page coming from a file of this plugin – https://share.gravityfor.ms/i/Jxk0Vd

How can we get this fixed?

Hello,

Please add CleanTalk plugin scripts (/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/js/) to the cache plugin exclusions. Maybe this article will also be helpful:
