Issues with patreon rewards

im trying to access a creators patreon rewards that are on a website hosted here. Whenever I try to log in it says my patreon email already has an account here but it didn’t because I just made an account to try and fix it. It still says I already have an account when I try to log in via patreon but when it prompts me to log in to link the accounts it keeps saying my password is wrong
