    Hi,

I’m a WordPress developer and often work with different themes and plugins. One of the themes we purchased, Lestin, uses the WP Job Manager plugin. We’ve noticed two issues and would really appreciate your guidance on resolving them:

    1. Amenities not showing for front-end submissions
      • When users upload a listing from the front end, the amenities do not display based on the selected category.
      • Category-based amenities work correctly when we create or edit a listing from the WordPress dashboard, but not from the front-end submission form.
    2. Image preview only for logged-in users
      • Images do not display in the preview unless the user is logged in.
      • Once logged in, the image preview shows correctly.

Could you please advise how to fix these issues?

Thank you for your time and support!

    Without User Submission

I am not logged in here either. After adding the image, when I hover over it, the image names are showing but the preview is not showing.

    Login User
Filtering based on categories is only working from the WordPress dashboard, not from the front end.

    Login User image Preview

Please solve these 2 problems which are very important otherwise we will buy the theme like this and later our money will be spent unnecessarily.

    Hi @webcraftmamun,

To clarify, “Amenities” is not a field that WP Job Manager core plugin supports. It appears that the theme you purchased, Lestin, is extending the core WP Job Manager functionality.

It’s also possible that you have other 3rd party plugins that change the behavior of the core WP job Manager plugin.

I recommend reaching out to the theme developer for further support.

Thank you very much. In this case, I would like to request you to answer one more question, that is, why does the image preview not work? If the user is registered, that is, logged in, then the preview works, otherwise it does not work.

Hi @webcraftmamun – Similarly, the Listing Gallery feature is part of the theme, it’s not built into WP Job Manager by default, so you’re best bet is to ask the theme author about that too.
