    Hi Ashley,

Thank you for your message! I’m sorry to hear about this issue 🙁

Could you please confirm if you still encounter the same issue even with Sucuri Security disabled?

I’m asking because we didn’t have anyone else reporting such issues and clicking your URL shows an “Access Denied” message from Sucuri, most likely because I’m supposed to be logged in to see it.

Looking forward to your reply so we can check this for you!

    All the best,

    Hey Adrian,

The main url is not behind a Securi firewall, only the admin page should be blocked. Either way, the error I’m getting when trying to update a PDF is the main WordPress 404 page, not a Securi error.

It’s pretty difficult to disable since it’s tied into our hosting. Do you have any suggestions besides that?

    Thanks,

    Ashley

    Hi again, Ashley,

I’m unable to reproduce this locally so it’s most likely a conflict with an existing plugin. Instead of disabling Sucuri, do you maybe have an option to pause it or pause its security side just so you can see if this helps?

If this still doesn’t help then we may need to check this in more detail once we have temporary admin access, so we’ll probably need to move the discussion to a support ticket for privacy reasons(these forums are public).

    Best,
