Issue with OAuth Disconnecting Weekly & Pro Plan Inquiry

Hi WP Mail SMTP Support,
I have a question regarding the issue I’m currently experiencing.

I’m using the free version with an OAuth connection, but every week I have to remove the OAuth connection and reconnect it again because it stops working.

{ "error": "invalid_grant", "error_description": "Token has been expired or revoked." } Please re-grant Google app permissions! Go to WP Mail SMTP plugin settings page. Click the “Remove OAuth Connection” button. Then click the “Allow plugin to send emails using your Google account” button and re-enable access.

I’d like to know:

1. If I upgrade to the Pro version, will this issue still happen? Or will the Pro version prevent the OAuth connection from expiring every week?
2. For the Pro plan, is the payment billed yearly or is it a one-time payment?
