Issue with contact information update in plugin

Dear Support Team,

I updated the contact details displayed in the plugin box for website users, replacing the old data with:

• New data:
  • Name: Pedro Rodrigues
  • Role: Help and Support

However, the site still shows the old information:

• Name: Ricardo Santos
• Role: Customer Service

I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Cleared cookies and cache;
• Tested on different browsers and devices (including mobile);
• Checked on multiple computers.

Despite these efforts, the changes are not reflected on the front-end.

Note: I’m using the free version of the plugin.
