Thanks for reporting this, and I completely understand why it looked like something was broken, especially since you experienced the same behavior across different sites and servers.
We investigated this with our team and found a temporary server-side issue affecting the form creation flow. This wasn’t related to your WordPress installation, hosting, or individual site configuration.
The issue has now been resolved, and we’ve retested the flow across multiple sites to make sure both manual form creation and AI generation are working normally again.
Also, just to clarify, AI generation in SureForms is completely optional. You can always choose Create it yourself and build the form manually without using AI.
Could you please try creating your form again when you get a chance? You can use either the manual option or AI, whichever you prefer.
If you still run into anything unusual like a blank screen, just reply here and I’ll personally make sure we look into it with you.

There was a temporary issue with our server that caused the “Domain Verification Failed” error and prevented the form builder from loading correctly. Our development team has identified and resolved the issue, and the form builder should now be working as expected.
We understand that receiving this error while trying SureForms for the first time, especially across two different sites, is not the experience we want to provide. Your 2-star rating reflects that frustration, and we’re sorry we fell short of your expectations.
