Yes, WPConsent is integrated with the https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-consent-api/ plugin.
WPConsent also has its own Google Consent Mode v2 integration available that works directly with GA4.

And, integration available directly as in? I mean at the moment I have enabled the consent mode in Site Kit, installed the WPconsent API plugin and activated the WPConsent plugin as well. Is it all set or am I following extra steps here?

Yes, you can leave the Consent Mode enabled in the SiteKit settings and WPConsent will pass on the consent signals to using the WP Consent API and Google Consent Mode so that tracking happens according to the visitor’s preferences.
