    Will javascript work when put into the Custom Content area?

    Dear @wehoit,

    Thank you for your topic.

    JavaScript will work in the Custom Content area only if the logged in user has the unfiltered_html capability. In that case, you can add JavaScript code and save it.

    Otherwise, WordPress core methods will sanitize the content and the JS code will be removed.
