Hi @la1450,
There are a few considerations when configuring a site using QUIC.cloud, one of which is the Trusted Proxy Preset dropdown reflecting QUIC.cloud in Wordfence > All Options > General Wordfence Options > How does Wordfence get IPs > +Edit Trusted Proxies.
You may find the recommended methods of detecting IPs work correctly after doing this. Don’t forget to save changes using the button on the top-right of the page once you’re done.
Many thanks,
Peter.

I tried that. Just like here.
Wordfence¶
Requires One-Time Configuration
As of December 2023, you can set QUIC.cloud as a trusted proxy, and Wordfence will automatically update the IP list.
- Make sure that you are running the latest version of Wordfence.
- Navigate to Wordfence Dashboard > Global Options. Expand the General Options section, then expand Edit trusted proxies. Select
Quic.cloud from the Trusted Proxy Preset list.
- Click Save Changes.
But continue to receive:
-
- Unable to accurately detect IPsType: IP Detection

Details: Wordfence was unable to validate a test request to your website. This can happen if your website is behind a proxy that does not use one of the standard ways to convey the IP of the request or it is unreachable publicly. IP blocking and live traffic information may not be accurate. Get More Information
Okay, thanks for clarifying that @la1450 as I wasn’t sure from your original message.
We’ll be happy to take a look at your site’s configuration as it stands now if you can send it to wftest @ wordfence . com. You can do so directly from the link at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
Thanks again,
Peter.
