Invalid parameters

I have chosen to have two domains for my business – one in Swedish and one in English. I have recently become a creator on Patreon. Installing, activating and connecting my Patreon to my English site sophiegracemeditations.com was no problem. But with the other site (sophiegrace.se) I can’t get it to work. What is wrong? Why is it not working? Does anyone know what this means? I have tried deactivating and removing the plugin several times and it is the same every time.
