Install/Update not creating table

    I was doing updates on a site I haven’t updated for a while, and the table whp_posts_visibility wasn’t created. After manually removing the plugin (because the site wouldn’t load with this table missing), and uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. Again, the table wasn’t created, forcing me to remove the plugin altogether.
