From our scan stages documentation, the yellow triangle you’re seeing appears during the following checks:
Scan for unauthorized DNS changes (discontinued)
Monitor disk space
Scan for misconfigured How does Wordfence get IPs
PHP Version Check (cannot be disabled)
Check Web Application Firewall status
Check for paths that are not scanned by default
You can use the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page, or Wordfence > All Options to see if any of those seem to be an issue.
If you’re having trouble narrowing it down, we might be able to tell more about your server environment if you also provide your diagnostic to us. You can also send that to wftest @ wordfence . com directly from the link at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
