    Hi,

I try to import old reviews in a new website setup, but which ever CSV file I use, it keeps saying that the file seems corrupt. Even when I just try to import the sample file from the /docs directory in the plugin files, it tells me the that sample file is corrupt.
I have checked my own .csv file with LibreOffice and and BBEdit and see nothing “wrong”

Can I please receive a working/tested! sample file, so I can enter my data in there, and then import?

I just also found out that writing a new review can not be saved. Something seems very wrong with this install.

    Help

    Much appreciated.

    Kind regards
    Frank

    Hi Frank,

Yes, there does seem something wrong.
Could you go to Guestbook > Settings > Debug-tab and see if the tables in the database doe exist?
There can be more information, but it seems data cannot even be saved, so checking database tables seems the first step.

    Regards, Marcel

    Hoi Frank,

    Groet, Marcel
