Import Users from CSV

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing.

    When importing a role, please can you use the role key and not the role’s name. For example a custom role may be registered in WordPress as ‘my_role_1’ (use this value) but the name of the role is “An Awesome Custom Role”.
