    When using Presets Dufault, the gallery is not displayed on the page. However, if you install Bento, it will display the gallery, but if you disable the filter in Bento, it will no longer display

    Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the plugin. If you already are, I’d recommend doing a quick conflict check:

    1. Deactivate all plugins except Essential Blocks, then check if the issue persists.
    2. If it’s resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the conflict.
    3. You can also try switching temporarily to a default theme to confirm it’s not theme-related.

    Hi, @paulamit. I tried what you suggested – disabled the plugins – it worked. I enabled them one by one and found that there was a conflict with the MetaSlider Slideshow Lightbox plugin version 2.11.1 | Author: MetaSlider
    Essential Blocks version 5.7.3, and when I tried to update it, I got the error “Update failed: Could not create directory. /var/www/schedrin.sh/data/www/schedrin.sh.zhlobinedu.by/wp-content/upgrade”
