Image exceptions

I’m not sure – what have you tried? What book is it for? What’s the book ID? What’s the URL of the image to replace?

I will be updating this plugin shortly, so the process will be much easier in the near future.

An update for this plugin will be coming in the next few months that will help issues such as these, and add a bunch of features to make these issues easier to handle.
