Identifying active page in sub menu

Hi, I understand the difficult in identifying the active page in a complex tool like this, but it would be really nice if the submenu did have an active class, or even just some classes then I could apply styling paged on page id.

At the moment at least the way I’m using it all element just have .block-sub-menu and .caption . Even if active page isn’t possible an class like submenu-item-1 , 2 3 etc would be most useful.
